A bizarre incident occurred at Jacob’s Garden when some tenants were moving out of their unit. The removal van they hired managed to wedge itself on the veranda of the next door unit. Auswide Strata, took swift action to alert the SES and arrange for an insurance assessment. It took four hours to free the truck. Auswide Strata's follow up action had the damaged unit back to its original condition within a month.
